Grilled Chicken Sandwich
This tasty sandwich is easy to make and quick to make once the grill is on.
- 2 Chicken Breast
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Yellow Squash
- 1 Portabella Mushroom
- Field Mix Salad
- 1 cup Fresh Herb Dressing (save 1 tbsp for sauce and 1 for the salad topping)
- Bread
- 2 tbsp Sandwich Dressing
Sandwich Dressing
- 2 Tbsp Mayonaise
- 1 Tbsp Maille Original Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 tsp Worchester Sauce
- 1/4 tsp hot sauce
- Salt and Pepper to taste

- Marinate the chicken breast in Fresh Herb Dressing for 20 to 30 minutes. Slice zucchini and yellow squash lengthwise, sprinkle with salt and let sit for 20 minutes. Sprinke oil on the portabello. When the grill is hot, grill the chicken and vegetables. Toast bread. Add a little Fresh Herb Dressing to the field mix salad. Assemble the sandwich and eat.
