Tortilla Chips

Nothing beats homemade tortilla chips and they only take about 10 minutes to cook.


Stack the tortillas and cut them into wedges.
Heat a pan, add oil, and when hot add wedges. Cook on medium-high – or little lower. Turn and cook the other side.
When ready let drain. Add salt while still covered in oil.

Perfect to serve with Spinach Artichoke Dip
