Rice Pilaf

  • 1 cup long-grain rice
  • 2 cups Chicken Stock
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 bay leaves

Takes 30 minutes,
serves 4

  • Melt butter in the pan
  • Add rice and coat
  • Add chicken stock and bay leaves
  • Bring to boil.
  • Once boiling, reduce to a simmer and cover.

Stir with a fork.
