- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 2 cups Chicken Stock
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 bay leaves

- Melt butter in the pan
- Add rice and coat
- Add chicken stock and bay leaves
- Bring to boil.
- Once boiling, reduce to a simmer and cover.
Stir with a fork.
