Juice Soda

I used to just mix juice concentrates with water until I received this soda machine. Now I bubble it up and enjoy it in the evenings. The tart cherry juice is apparently beneficial before and after workouts:

The blueberry juice and pomegranate I added to help cut the tartness of the cherries and they are also considered superfoods. Orange juice is always around so I add it too.

Makes 22 oz
Ingredients:

1 oz Tart Cherry Juice Concentrate
1 oz Blueberry Juice Concentrate
1 oz Pomegranate Juice Concentrate
4 oz Orange Juice
15 oz Soda or Plain Water

Mix and serve

Optional:
To make it a sports drink add a few dashes of salt
For more energy add a tablespoon of honey

To make an energy gel:
1/2 oz Tart Cherry Juice Concentrate
1/2 oz Blueberry Juice Concentrate
1/2 oz Pomegranate Juice Concentrate
4 oz Water
1 tsp Honey
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
Dash salt

Mix together and put in fridge for 10-20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
